What is a Fitness Bootcamps
It is Personal Training in a group setting, that uses resistance training and combines it with cardiovascular exercises, plyometrics and speed drills to boost your metabolism and challenge your body to get in shape faster than traditional exercise. 
 
 
Good for Any Age or Fitness Level 
 Bootcamps attract people of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.
 
Bootcamps are for: 9 to 5ers’ who need to release stress, mom’s that want to lose baby fat, busy professionals who want to get focused, factory workers who need a boost, College/High School students who need to get back on the right track as well as conditioned athletes who want to step it up a notch.
 
At Stick To It Fitness we try to create a spirit of teamwork and group support and the instructor offers motivation, encouragement and support rather than intimidation.
 
Will you yell at me? 
 We’ll challenge you, we’ll push you, and we’ll encourage you to try new activities that will test your strength, endurance, and courage. But we won’t yell, intimidate, or get in your face. We don’t need to. The motivation and friendly competition provided by your fellow Bootcampers may be all the motivation and encouragement you need to reach your goals! 
 
Classes run about 45minutes.

18 and under must have parent signed waiver.

WHAT IS X-FIT?
 
X-Fit workouts are constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity designed to improve overall fitness.
 
It’s an intense strength and conditioning program incorporating varied functional movements in timed workouts.
 
The Core exercises will include Weight lifting, barbell exercises, cardio movements and body weight exercises to get individuals to achieve their maximum potential of fitness and endurance within the minimum time frame. 

These unique and varied combinations will give you the ultimate opportunity to change physically and expand the endless potential of what you are capable of.
